[OS> 73-88, 1973). The commission found that the primary factor generating medical malpractice claims was injurious or adverse results of treatment. Factors such as poor physician-patient rapport, patient frustration with the handling of specific complaints concerning treatment and complicatios, unrealisticexpectations about what can be achieved with treatment, and increased patient suit-consciousness are of only secondary importance.
