D & M Music studio proudly presents  " A Piano Trio " by the international celebrity musicians  including  Xiaoqing Yu,violinist ( from China-USA) , Tapalin Charoensook, cello ( from Thailand) and Shuenda Wong ( from Malaysia)

B.A., Beijing Central Conservatory of Music

M.M. Manhattan School of Music and M.M. University of South Carolina A native of China and a graduate of Beijing Central Conservatory of Music and received the Manhattan Scholarship to Manhattan School of Music in New York, Yu performed in numerous concert halls, including Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center.He is serving as director of the Lee University Chamber Strings at the School of Music at Lee University. Yu is in his 20th season as Concertmaster of the Greenville Symphony and his 19th season with Glimmerglass Opera Orchestra, a ten-week annual summer opera festival in New York. While in the U.S., Yu has performed with world-renowned performers, such as Isaac Stern, Itzhak Perlman, Pinchas Zukerman, Nadja Sonnenberg, Pavarotti, Emmanuel Ax, Andrew Watts, Joshua Bell, Midori Goto, Sarah Chang, Yo-Yo Ma, Maxim Vengerov, Misha Maisky, Ofra Harnoy and Glenn Dicterow, among others. Prior to joining the Greenville Symphony, he served as principal second violinist of the American Chamber Orchestra, performing in nearly 100 European cities, including Barcelona, Madrid, Luxembourg, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Paris, Lyon, Marseilles, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Florence and Sienna, among others.  


Tapalin Charoensook, cello ( from THAILANDwas born in Bangkok, Thailand in 1988. Her music study has made possible with great support from her father, Dr.Sugree Chareonsook and his “The Talent Education Research Project”. Under his guidance, she began her cello study at the age of 10 with Ms.Saowakhon Muangkruan, Mr. Martin Grund and Mr. Juris Lakutis. She got her Master of Music and Diploma for musician under the guidance of Prof.Maria-Luise Leihenseder-Ewald and Prof.Brunhard Böhme from Hochschule für Musik “Franz Liszt” Weimar,Germany. 

She has performed as a soloist with Thuringen Philharmonie Gotha-Suhl,Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra,Orkiestra Symfoniczna Filharmonai Sudecka, Thübingen Kammerorchestra, Severočeská filharmonie Teplice and Dr.Sax Chamber Orchestra with Maestro Gudni A.Emilsson, Claude Villaret, Dariuz Mikulski as Conductors.  

She has participated and won various top national and international prizes. She has won the first prizes from the Settrade Thai Youth Musician Competition and the Winner of King’s Award, The Conrad Young Musicic Award of Thailand Competition 2007 and first prize from the International   Youth Chamber Music Competition (IYCC), Interlaken Switzerland (2005).

Since October 2013, she has joined as a full-time faculty in string and chamber music department at college of music, Mahidol university.


Shuenda Wong , piano ( from MALAYSIA)

This young pianist grew up in Kuala Lumpur and graduated from the Staatliche Musikhochschule Freiburg, Germany with highest distinction in 2006 and completed his Masters degree under full scholarship from the Kobler Trust and a Barbara Stringer Scholarship at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama UK. 

He was awarded with countless music and piano competition awards internationally since 2007. Shuenda was 1st prize winner in the Oxford Music Festival 2010, top prize winner at the Concorus Internacional de Piano de Lagny-sur-Mame 2010 in France, Royal Overseas League Music Competition 2008, Arthur Lepthien International Piano Competition Germany 2005, Enschede International Piano Competition for Young Musicians, Netherlands in 2004, as well as the National Piano Competitions 2000 and 2001.  

Shuenda has been invited to perform for notable concerts across Asia and Europe, such as Germany, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and The Philippines. Aside from performing, he is also a dedicated music educator and the adjudicator for various youth music competitions and festivals in different countries.At the same time, Shuenda is also active in Chamber music and song accompaniment.
