ท้อได้ค่ะ แต่อย่าถอยนะค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นที่ไหน มันก็มีปัญหาด้วยกันทั้งนั้นแหละค่ะ ไม่ใช่แต่เรายังมีอีกหลายคน มากมายเลยเพียงแต่ว่าเราจะรู้ปัญหาของเขาหรือเปล่า นี่แหละค่ะเขาเรียกว่าสังคม และเราก็ไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงคำว่าสังคมได้ด้วยซิค่ะ มันจะแตกต่างกันแค่สังคมเล็กหรือใหญ่เท่านั้น แต่ทุกสังคมมีปัญหาด้วยกันทั้งนั้นค่ะ เมื่อก่อนดิฉันเคยคิดเหมือนคุณค่ะ และแก้ปัญหาด้วยการเดินทาง(หนี)ไปทำงานในแต่ละหลาย ๆ ประเทศ แต่สรุปแล้วทุกที่ก็มีปัญหาอย่างนี้ทั้งนั้น ไม่ว่าไทยหรือเทศค่ะ จนเดี๋ยวนี้ก็มีเพียงร้องไห้ และอยู่กับตัวเองคนเดียวสักพักแล้วพรุ่งนี้ลุกสู้ใหม่ค่ะ ถ้าคุณเหนื่อยและท้อแท้ จงหันไปมองคนอื่นซิ บางคนเขายังหนักกว่าเราอีก ร้องเถอะร้องไห้หรือตะโกนเฮอะ ตะโกนดัง ๆ ถ้ามันช่วยให้คุณรู้สึกดีขึ้น | | โดย: นาย [13 พ.ย. 50 22:45] ( IP A:88.113.183.150 X: ) |  |

ระบายมาได้เลยค่ะ น้อง tu-destroyer
เพราะห้องนี้เปิดให้คำปรึกษา รับฟัง และ ช่วยกันเป็นกำลังใจให้กันเท่าที่ทำได้
ในรั้วแห่งวิชาชีพพวกเราชาวพยาบาลนั้นไม่ได้ปูไปด้วยกลีบกุหลาบ หรือกลีบกาสะลองค่ะ
ลองคิดดูนะคะ 4 ปีที่เรียนมานั้น มันเครียดขนาดไหน
สมัยพี่เรียน นั้น พอได้ปีสองก็บอกทางบ้านว่า หากให้เรียนต่อ โดดตึกตายดีกว่า
ทางบ้านกลัวเพราะมีเพื่อนรุ้นพี่เป็นญาติห่างๆ จบได้ 2 ปีจากที่เดียวกัน หลังทำงานห้องผ่าตัด 2 ปี โดดตึกตาย ทางบ้านเลยบอกตกลง จะเลิกเรียนก็เลิก
และตัวพี่เองก็ใช่ย่อย โดนรุ่นพี่เรียกไปรุมสวด บ่อยมาก ดีที่อาจารย์แม่บ้านท่านดีมาก
ให้กำลังใจและช่วยเหลือ แต่ก็รู้ว่า หากจบออกมาแล้ว ก็คงไม่พ้นโดนเขม่นเหมือนเดิม เพราะพี่เป็นคนตรง เป็นผลเสียต่อตนเองบ่อยมาก โดนรุมบ่อยจนเบื่อระบบพี่โถ น้องเถาว์
พอตอนจะเลิกเรียน ได้ไปฝึก ตจว. จังหวัดตากสมัยนั้น สิ่งที่ได้เห็นทำให้เปลี่ยนความคิด
เห็นคนที่ลำบากกว่า เช่นพวกชาวไทยภูเขา แบกกันหามกันต่อรถมา รพ. ไม่มีจะกิน ไม่มีที่จะนอน ยังมีน้ำใจถามว่า หมอหิวไหม ขึ้นเวรเหนื่อยไหม มีเนื้อหมาย่างแห้งติดมาก็จะปันให้เรา แม้วบางคนท้องลูกตายในท้อง มารับการรักษา อาการแย่ และเขามีลูกเล็กๆน่ารัก อีกหลายคนพวกพยาบาลจะแคร์อย่างเต็มที่เพื่อที่ว่าเด็กๆจได้ไม่กำพร้าแม่ ตอนนั้นพี่เห็นแล้วว่า สิ้งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือชีวิตมนุษย์ และ สุขภาพที่แข็งแรงทั้งกายและใจ
และหน้าที่ที่เราได้รับมอบหมายนั้นใหญ่หลวงเหลือเกิน แต่เมื่อเราทำได้ เราจะอิ่มใจมาก
ตอนนั้นได้ฝึกได้ เทรนด์ ได้หมอดีคอยดูแล และพี่พยาบาลที่ดี เลย ตัดใจเรียนให้จบเพราะรู้ว่า วิชาชีพนี้ ถึงจะเป็นวิชาชีพที่ราวกับว่าปิดทองหลังพระในสายตาหลายคน
หมอจะเป็นเหมือนพระ (พระเอก)พยาบาล บุรุษพยาบาลนั้นจะเป็นแค่ตัวสำรอง
แต่อย่าลืมนะคะ ว่างานของหมออาจจะไปได้ไม่สะดวก หากไม่มีเรา และ พวกเรานั้นอยู่กับคนไข้นานกว่าหมอ
หมอผ่าคนไข้ รักษาคนไข้ ราวด์คนไข้เสร็จก็ไปแล้ว แต่พยาบาลอยู่ตลอดเช้า บ่าย ดึก
คนไข้บางคนเขาทราบค่ะว่าเราทำอะไร ทำเพื่ออะไร ด้วยจิตใจหรือไม่
คนสมัยนี้สายตาสว่างขึ้นเยอะค่ะ วิชาชีพของพวกเรานั้นเริ่มมีบทบาทในโลกมากขึ้น ที่เยอรมนี งานหนักมากๆ คนไข้จะบอกว่า หากไม่มีพวกเธอ พวกเราแย่แน่ หรือไม่ก็จะบ่นพวกนักการเมือง ที่จ้องจะตัดเบี้ยเลี้ยงบางอย่างของพวกเราเรื่อยๆ
งานที่ทำกับคนนั้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นงานอะไรก็ตาม มันจะตามมาด้วยปัญหาอยู่แล้ว ไมว่าจะงานโรงแรม งานบริการ งานของพวกเรานั้นยิ่งหนักขึ้น เพราะเมื่อคนป่วย เขาอาจจะมองโลกแง่ร้าย และไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ
แต่อย่างว่า เราต้องทำใจค่ะ ทำให้เป็นกลาง ทำให้บริสุทธิ์ พี่คิดว่าน้องทำได้อยู่แล้ว
เมื่อมันเครียดมากกับวิชาชีพนี้
พยายาม พักผ่อนค่ะ พักสมอง หาอะไรทำเพลินๆ มีงานอดิเรกอะไรก็ทำ
แผ่เมตตาให้เพื่อนร่วมงานค่ะ หากน้องเป็นคริสต์ ก็เผื่อความปรารถนาที่ดีไปให้เขา ฟังดูอาจจะแปลกๆ
แต่พี่เคยทำบ่อยและได้ผล คิดว่า กระแสแห่งความเกลียดชังนั้นสัมผัสได้ โดยผ่านอากาศธาตุ หากเราแผ่เมตตา จะคลายเครียดให้ตัวเราเองได้มาก แต่บ่อยครั้งที่คนที่คิดไม่ดีกับเราเขาประสบผลไม่ดีเองตอนนั้น และตรงนั้นเลย
พลังแห่งความดีหรือสิ่งที่ดีจะช่วยเราได้ ชำระใจเราได้ด้วย
เรื่องหนีปัญหา โดยการลาออก คิดดูให้ดีนะคะ คนเราจะหนีปัญหาไปไม่ได้ตลอดหรอกค่ะ
สมัยพี่มานี่ใหม่ๆ ก็เจอปัญหาใหม่ ภาษา และ พยาบาลผู้ร่วมงานชาวต่างชาติซึ่งแกล้งเรา
พอย้ายบ้านต้องมาอยู่ รพ.ใหม่ เจอพวก นาซี เอา นสพ.ของเขามาเหน็บที่รถทุกๆสามสี่วัน กลัวจะตาย แต่ก็สู้มาเรื่อยๆ คิดว่าความดี และความจริงใจ
ช่วยอะไรร้ายให้เป็นดีได้ ตอนนี้พี่อยู่ที่ รพ.ใหม่ 10 ปีแล้ว คนเคารพในศักศรีพี่ดีมากต่างจากเมื่อก่อน
ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นเป็นเพราะวิชาชีพ และความจริงใจ พยายามทำงานให้ได้ผล
แต่บอกตรงๆว่าพี่เครียดกับงานนะตอนนี้ วันนี้ขึ้นบ่าย 8 ชม. ไม่ได้ทานข้าวเย็นไม่ได้พักเลย หมอมา ถามอะไรหน่อย หมอบ่น อย่ากวนนะ นี่ จะหกโมงเย็นแล้ว เขายังไม่ได้ทานข้าวกลางวันเลย เราบอก เหมือนกันนะหมอ จนลงเวร สองทุ่มครึ่งน้ำและข้าวก็ยังไม่ตกถึงท้องเลย เพราะรับใหม่ ผ่าด่วนเยอะ
ที่ วอร์ดพี่มี ประชุมผู้ร่วมงาน เดือนละครั้ง ใครอยากวิจารณ์ใครตรงๆก็ได้ มีการแก้ตัว ให้เหตุผลตรงนั้น และไม่มีเอามานินทาลับหลัง หรือพอใครเริ่มนินทา คนอื่นจะบอก เฮ้ย ทำไม ไม่พูดกันตรงๆตัวต่อตัวละ แบบนี้เข้าข่ายนินทานะ และเขาจะละอายใจกันเอง
แต่บอกจริงๆนะคะ ในวงงานหลายที่ไม่ได้เปิดอกเปิดใจคุย แบบนี้ พยาบาลเยอรมันลาออกไปและต้องใช้บริการจิตแพทย์เนื่องด้วย Mobbing ในวงงานมากค่ะ ไม่ใช่ว่าเมืองนอกจะไม่มี
เมื่อก่อนพี่มีปัญหาแบบน้อง ทุกข์ใจมาก แต่ไม่อยากพูด พอประสบอุบัติเหตุเกือบตาย เห็นว่า ชีวิตคนมันสั้นเหลือเกิน เราอาจตายเมื่อไรก็ได้ ทำไมต้องทนทุกข์ในสิ่งไม่ได้ก่อด้วย เลยพูดกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน พยายามมองปัญหาของเขา บางคนพูดมาก อยากอวด ก็ให้เขาอวดไป เราพยักหน้าหงีกๆไปอย่างนั้น ทนไม่ได้ก็หนี แต่บางทีทนไม่ไหว ก็พูดออกไป ซึ่งตอนหลังเขาก็พบข้อบกพร่องของเขาเอง แต่พี่แนะนะ จะพูดอะไรต้องใช้วาทะศิลป์ และสีหน้าที่ดีๆ คอยดูอารมณ์เขาด้วย
-ลองดูตัวเราเองด้วยว่าเครียดไปหรือเปล่า สีหน้าท่าทางเวลาทำงานเป็นอย่างไร พยายามมองตนเองให้ออกด้วย
-ในวงงาน หาโอกาสพบปะทานเลี้ยงในวอร์ดบ้าง ซื้อขนมแบ่งขนมทาน หาเรื่องคุยสนุกๆไม่เครียดคุยกันบ้าง ทำที่ทำงานให้เป็นบ้านหลังที่สองที่อบอุ่นหน่อย
-เรื่องทะเลาะกับหมอก็มีบ่อย แต่ว่าที่นี่ มีอะไรก็พูดออกมาตรงๆได้ เมื่อลงเวร ไอ้เรื่องที่ทะเลาะกันก็ลืมๆกันไป การไม่พยาบาท ไม่ต่อความยืด โดยใช้วิธีปลงแบบชาวพุทธ นั้นช่วยได้มากค่ะ
-คิดถึงคนที่แย่กว่าเรา ไม่มีงานทำ ไม่มีจะกิน และมีลูกเล็กๆที่ต้องเกื้อกูล แล้วเราจะพบว่าปัญหาของเรานั้นยังด้อยกว่าปัญหาที่เขามี

ทำใจเราซิคะ อยู่วงการนี้ไม่ว่าที่ไหน รัฐ เอกชน เมืองไทย เมืองนอก ก็ต้องเจอเรื่องอย่างนี้ มันเป็นสัจจธรรมธรรมดาของมนุษย์หนะ เราต้องมามองตัวเราว่าทำอย่างไรให้อยู่เหนือจากความรู้สึกดังกล่าว จะตักตวงหาความสุขจากการทำงานได้อย่างไรบ้าง ที่สำคัญจิตใจเราต้องตั้งมั่นไม่หวั่นไหว ไม่มีใครทำร้ายจิตใจเราได้เท่ากับตัวเราเอง
