4 heart of achicoke 200 gr sun dried tomatoes 100 gr green onion 15 gr chinese parsley 4 cloves garlic 100 ml olive oil 50 ml balsamic vinegar querter of 1 lemon 10 gr salt 10gr lemon juice 500 lt water
boil 500lt of water plus lemon juice with achicoke until cooked, stained and diced = lemon juice help keeping achicoke whiter while cook chopped the rest of ingredients and seasoned it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt ,garlic, and lemon juice/ wait 1 hr until all the sauce set inside the achicoke before serving.
