ป่า คิอ ป่า เอาอะไรแน่นอนไม่ได้ อย่าประมาท ในทุกๆฤดูที่เข้าไป ถ้าท่านไปติดป่าจะได้ไม่อดตาย หรือหิวจนเป็นลม ควรเตรียมอาหารสำรองไปทุกครั้ง นอกเหนือจากอาหารหลักที่ต้องเตรียมเข้าไปแล้ว โดยเลือกอาหารประเภทพกพาง่าย เสียยาก เช่น บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป โจกที่บรรจุซอง สำหรับกินระหว่างพักกลางวัน หรือมื้อเย็น สดวกในการปรุง ส่วนเกลือ น้ำพริก น้ำปลา น้ำตาล ข้าวสาร ฯลฯ ใหมีติดรถไว้เป็นประจำ อาหารจำพวกนี้มีไว้ไม่เสียเปล่า ไม่เปลืองเนื้อที่ในรถมากนัก ติดไว้ทุกครั้งที่เดินทาง สักวันหนึ่งจะรู้ว่าการกิน มาม่าในป่าอร่อยกว่าในเมือง

ในป่าไม่มีนะครับน้ำอย่างว่าน่ะควรจะีติดรถไว้เป็นประจำนะครับไม่เปลืองเนื้อที่ในรถมากครับ ทริปหนึงก็ประมาณ ลัง 2ลัง หอมปากหอมคอครับ
